    From beginning to end, the employees here are fantastic. I think I've interacted with every single one and they are always friendly, helpful, & informative. The woman who helped me pick out frames was a joy to to work with; she was so patient & understanding with my indecisive nature. I had some issues with fitting, so I went back and they were again very helpful. The employees there really do whatever they can to help you and they seem to genuinely care that you leave happy. The manager especially has been wonderful over the years, though I don't think she realizes how much of a gem she is (they are) in a world of fast-paced, revolving door-style (and often rude) customer service.
